It is our pleasure to invite you to the Reproductive Medicine Conference 2026, a gathering dedicated to advancing knowledge and excellence in reproductive health and fertility care, to strengthen clinical practice and shape the future of reproductive health in South Africa.  The theme of the conference is “Bridging Gaps in Reproductive Medicine: from fertility to family and beyond”.

The conference will be held at University of Pretoria’s Future Africa, on 17-19 April 2026. We will bring together clinicians, scientists, nurses, embryologists, academics, and policy leaders for 3 days of learning, collaboration, and networking. On Friday, our pre-conference workshops offer hands-on skills development in hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, SRHR, gynaecologic ultrasound, fibroid management, infertility nursing, and ART laboratory technique.  The sessions are carefully designed to strengthen practical competencies to improve patient outcomes. The main conference sessions on Saturday and Sunday explore a wide range of emerging and critical topics in reproductive medicine. These sessions are not merely discussions, they represent an opportunity to reflect on our progress, exchange ideas, interrogate persistent challenges, and explore gaps in research, policy, and practice.

We encourage you to come and participate actively, share your perspectives and network with colleagues. We have included a social function, where we celebrate each other and strengthen friendships.
